🎣 Angling | The fishing with prawn challenge – Session 7 on the River Severn
As I edge towards the culmination of the prawn challenge, I switched to flowing water. In particular, early afternoon in the blazing sunshine, I made my way to the middle reaches of England’s longest river, the Severn.
The section I fished is 13.1 miles from my drive to the car park. From there it’s just a very short walk to the river itself and, by that, I mean seconds. You can then follow the course of the river and choose a swim.
Although it meant fishing in bright sunshine – I did have my umbrella up though to help – the spot I had in mind was free. You can follow the session in the video, with lost fish and two perch on the bank. Home
