I started the day nice and early, not with fishing though but my morning run.
It was still dark and I jogged along a number of streets and across the green.
I always weigh myself first thing and I’m on track to lose a fair few pounds during the month.
Plus, as it’s also about lifestyle change as well and not just a reading on the scales, I’ve gone through 2023 so far without eating any junk food.
I think it’s important to look after yourself and while you can’t do anything about health issues that are beyond your control, there are plenty of decisions you can make that will affect your body in a positive way.
