It’s been a challenge recently on the fishing front, even just finding somewhere to cast a bait hasn’t been easy.
Late morning, I decided to have a session on the Staffordshire/Worcestershire Canal, which is close to where I live.
The stretch of ice-free water is extending as the weather turns and I set up in a spot opposite reeds on the far bank.
With the canal being extremely clear, location is important.
Think like a fish, where will they be in these conditions.
