Deck The Halls, a timeless comedy with a message

Although I’m drawn to older movies from the mid-twentieth century, nevertheless there are some more recent ones that interest me, especially the family-type.

That’s where Deck The Halls fits in.

I think of it as a modern movie, which it is, but from 2006 it’s still sixteen years old.

One word you could use to describe it is ‘timeless’.

It doesn’t age with time, it’s one of those films that was funny then and continues to make people laugh today.
