I was fishing first thing this morning, mini-jigging on a stillwater.
It’s one of those spots where you don’t catch many but when you do they tend to be decent.
Although my visits there are always short ones, I have had some nice predators to show for it.
When I had a take on the lure, I was hoping it was a big perch.
It was a jack pike, however, which I didn’t get to land anyway as I lost it.
