As my last (yesterday) mini-jigging session ended with a 0.4g jig-head on a size 10 hook, as it was still intact that’s what I decided to start with.
I caught a tiny perch from the margins early on and that proved to be the only fish of the session.
I did switch to a larger rubber fish, 0.7g jig-head and size 6 hook later on.
A perch did snatch at the bait but that was it.
A slow session, albeit less than an hour, but I was on the right side of the line.
