The main pond is looking great and its location means that it is well-oxygenated as the pond weed grows well.
There are lots of young smooth newts in there, which is fantastic to see.
It’s great that we’ve had another successful breeding season.
Likewise, lots of frogs from last year’s spawn are around and they’ll be reproducing themselves in due course.
