Killing two birds with one stone, fishing on the upper reaches of the River Severn

It was a beautiful day, with the temperature in the thirties.

A breeze would have been nice but you can’t always tick every box in life, can you?

I’m certainly not complaining though, far from it.

I love the upper Severn, it’s rural, unspoilt and definitely has a pull as far as I’m concerned.

Do you fish for any of the mini-species?
