You can follow the fishing via the video but, as you can see from the lead image alone, it was a good session.
I also saw – and heard – a pair of oystercatchers in flight.
Likewise, ravens.
While I’m writing this blog entry, the morning after, I’m watching a male bullfinch, a nuthatch, a greenfinch, an adult and juvenile stock dove, lots of starlings and others on the feeding station at home.
Whether by the water’s edge or away from it, I do love the natural world.
