I’ve been enjoying my small pool sessions for perch in the margins, this time though I went to the opposite extreme.
Fishing a vast reservoir I couldn’t even hazard an educated guess at how many times you could fit the water of the pool into the venue that features in this outing.
I have been there before and it is one of my favourite stillwaters to fish.
Especially on a bright sunny day, it’s a very pleasurable place to pitch up at.
The fishing itself is generally quite good and, of course, being a vast body of water, it’s always a challenge.
