This afternoon, I fished a pool for a couple of hours up to dark.
It’s not too deep, generally ideal for fishing with a float, and that’s the option I went for.
I have a rod ready to go, all I need to do is take off the velcro band, put the two sections together and cast out.
Plus, if it’s a new venue, or different from the spot I fished previously, use a plummet to find the depth.
