I was out quite late today, with just an hour on the bank up to dark.
Remember though, it’s all about quality time when it comes to fishing.
The conditions overall are still tough, so I decided to target roach on a pool.
You can follow the session in the video.
The tackle used was as follows:
Greys Prodigy 12’ rod and a Shimano 3500 reel loaded with Maxima Chameleon 4lb line.
There was 4 feet length of 3lb 8oz Drennan Team England joined by a loop-to-loop knot.
The float was a 0.6g Drennan Crystal Waggler.
The hook was a Drennan Super Specialist size 18 with a single white maggot.
I fished two rod lengths out in four feet of water over brown crumb and mixed maggots.
