Following the final whistle after The New Saints beat Connah’s Quay Nomads 3-1, I interviewed the winning head coach on the pitch.
Normally we film with the stadium in the background but, with the board already out for an FAW interview, I went for that instead.
The New Saints has now won five league games on the bounce and the victory extended the lead at the top to fifteen points.
Although Newtown AFC has a game in hand, it’s still better to have the points.
