I was up while it was still dark this morning.
Like every other start to the day, I read the Bible and had a cup of tea.
On this occasion, I also went fishing as well. With a busy day ahead, I was determined to get a session in before I went to work.
As per yesterday, I went for the mini-jigging approach.
Although the conditions were far from perfect, I did have a couple of enquiries.
Sadly, neither translated into fish on the bank.
The tackle I fished with was as follows: Fox Rage Ultron drop shot rod, Fox Rage Ultron 2500 reel, 10lb Sunline braid on reel.
Drennan Double Strength 10lb (1.5 metres) joined to the braid with a small swivel.
Micro jig head 1g size 6 hook. Glider 2 inch rubber fish. All knots (3) blood knots.
