I’m always talking about pushing yourself and this evening I did just that. After a long working day, I felt tired, but I went fishing anyway.
The canal session was very fruitful and although nothing massive in terms of size, certainly lots of reasonable fish.
My set-up was as per my usual canal sessions, with double white maggot doing the business.
It’s now pushing midnight as I write this, so I’m ready for bed now. Even the most energetic of us need to charge our batteries.
