Prior to the game against Glentoran in the evening, TNS FC club media chatted with Morgan Daykin outside the team hotel in Templepatrick, Northern Ireland.
I interviewed Morgan recently, after he featured in the pre-season friendly against Buckley Town.
Since then, he’s been on a tour of Scotland, played against East Fife and Stafford Rangers and signed his first professional contract.
A few hours later, he made his competitive debut for The New Saints, at The Oval in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
