I didn’t set the alarm this morning but I was up naturally at 5.45 a.m. I made a flask, loaded the motor, and was very soon on the canal bank.
I said my final farewell to my dog, and changed my car yesterday, so a sad and happy day at the same time.
It was very quiet on the canal and that’s where angling is really positive. Whether external, internal or both, it’s nice to be in a place of peace.
