Thought For The Day – April 10 – Feel Bad But Don’t Feel Guilty

It’s ok to feel bad, or sorry, when something happens, especially when it’s beyond our control.

Try and avoid doing things that make us feel guilty though.

The emotion of feeling bad will soon go but guilt holds on, takes root and destroys us from within.
