Morning Fishing And Personal Responsibility Part Two

It’s been a while since we had some rain but this morning there was a persistent drizzle.

Again, I was fishing the Staffs/Worcs Canal and, with circumstances in my life at the moment, it works out well to stay local.

You can follow the session via the video that I recorded at the water’s edge.

I fished with a Greys Prodigy 12’ rod and a Shimano 3500 reel loaded with Maxima Chameleon 4lb line.

There was 5 feet length of 2lb 8oz Ultima Virage fluorocarbon joined by a loop-to-loop knot.

The float was a 0.6g Drennan Crystal Waggler. The hook was a Drennan Super Specialist size 18.

I fished the boat channel, with brown crumb and mixed maggots and single maggot on the hook.
