Lunchtime Fishing And Personal Responsibility Part One

Although I prefer early morning or an into dusk session, ultimately you have to fit in your angling when you can.

On this occasion, it meant a lunchtime trip to the Staffs/Worcs Canal, and you can see how I got on in the video that I recorded.

I also chatted to the camera about personal responsibility, using my own circumstances as an example.

There’s more to come, hence the reference to part one.

I fished with a Greys Prodigy 12’ rod and a Shimano 3500 reel loaded with Maxima Chameleon 4lb line.

There was 5 feet length of 2lb 8oz Ultima Virage fluorocarbon joined by a loop-to-loop knot.

The float was a 0.6g Drennan Crystal Waggler. The hook was a Drennan Super Specialist size 18.

I fished the boat channel, with brown crumb and mixed maggots and single maggot on the hook.
