If You Can’t Win Then Make Sure You Don’t Lose And A Cameo Appearance From A Wales International

After a run of seven consecutive JD Cymru Premier wins, the perfect start to the season came to an end, as The New Saints drew 2-2 at Aberystwyth Town.

Louis Robles opened the scoring, and Ben Clark wrapped it up, but in between the Seasiders scored a brace of their own.

With seven wins and a draw, although it was disappointing to not continue the run, nevertheless you have to put everything into perspective.

No team will win thirty-two games and not concede a goal all season. TNS is top of the table, still unbeaten, and with a goal difference of plus twenty-six. It’s not exactly doom and gloom.

In the video, there’s an unplanned appearance from Malcolm Allen, who made fourteen appearances for Wales.

The Steve Evans he refers to is the TNS FC assistant-manager, who himself has seven caps.

This was my 23rd game of the season and you can view the others here.
