Watching the Finland v Wales UEFA Nations League game on television this evening, it was great to see Ben Cabango make his debut for the national side.
On loan at The New Saints FC in 2018/2019, he returned to his parent club, Swansea City, where he went on to establish himself in the first-team.
Having already represented Wales at lower levels, his inclusion in tonight’s squad was only bettered by making a late appearance as a substitute.
The lead image was when I met Ben for the first time. We were in Portugal on the TNS FC pre-season training camp and we did an interview after breakfast the day after we arrived.
The interview below, at Park Hall, was following the UEFA Champions League game against KF Shkëndija, which The New Saints won 4-0.
